Looking for something sweet??? Try good ol' fashion southern teacakes. The ingredients are simple and you can make a batch in no time. Perfect on a warm day with lemonade!
Teacakes
2 cups flour, self rising
1 cup sugar
1 cup crisco
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
Mix all ingredients together. Place on greased baking sheet - I use a small ice cream scoop to portion out cookies. Bake @ 350 for 10-12 minutes.
